Terms of Use

These Terms govern use of the ReviSphere paid-beta service operated by CULTURESPHERE LLC. By creating or using an account, you agree to these Terms and acknowledge the Privacy Notice.

Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 18 and able to enter a binding agreement. Provide accurate account information, protect your login credentials, and promptly report suspected unauthorized access. You are responsible for activity under your account unless caused by ReviSphere.

The service

ReviSphere provides AI-assisted revenue intelligence, business planning, task and pipeline tools, file processing, and related beta features. Beta features may change, be interrupted, or be removed as the product develops. Fees, term length, cancellation rules, and service commitments in a signed order, pilot agreement, or paid-beta agreement control if they conflict with these general Terms.

Your content and permissions

You retain ownership of content you submit. You grant CULTURESPHERE LLC and its service providers a limited permission to host, process, transmit, reproduce, and display that content only as needed to provide, secure, support, and improve the service as described in the Privacy Notice. You represent that you have the rights and authority needed to submit the content, including information about employees, clients, prospects, partners, and companies.

Marketing use is not included in the permission above. De-identified marketing or educational use requires the separate optional choice described in the Privacy Notice. Attributed or identifiable use requires specific approval before publication.

AI output and professional decisions

Johnny Dough output is generated with artificial intelligence and may be incomplete, inaccurate, or unsuitable for a particular decision. ReviSphere provides business intelligence and planning support, not legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment-law, or other licensed professional advice. Verify important facts, numbers, deadlines, and recommendations and use qualified professional judgment. ReviSphere does not guarantee revenue, funding, contracts, savings, outcomes, or task completion.

Acceptable use

Do not use the service to violate law or another person's rights; upload content you lack authority to disclose; distribute malware; evade security; probe or overload the service; impersonate others; generate deceptive testimonials or unlawful discrimination; or use output as the sole basis for decisions that produce legal or similarly significant effects on a person.

No retaliation or malicious employment use

You must not use ReviSphere, submitted information, Your Intelligence, or Johnny Dough output to retaliate against, discriminate against, harass, punish, threaten, blacklist, or take an unlawful adverse action against an employee, applicant, contractor, customer, witness, complainant, or other person. This prohibition includes action based on a person's good-faith complaint, participation in an investigation, report of suspected misconduct, request for accommodation, or exercise of a legally protected right. You must independently verify material facts, provide any process required by law or organizational policy, and obtain qualified employment or legal advice before taking a consequential personnel action.

Responsibility for organizational decisions

ReviSphere is not the employer, manager, investigator, fact finder, or final decision maker for a user's organization. The user and organization remain solely responsible for how they interpret information, who is permitted to access it, and every employment, disciplinary, compensation, promotion, termination, contracting, or other organizational decision they make. To the fullest extent permitted by law, the user and organization assume responsibility for, and release and hold harmless CULTURESPHERE LLC and its providers from, claims arising from the user's or organization's malicious, retaliatory, discriminatory, unauthorized, or otherwise unlawful use of the service or its output. This allocation does not waive nonwaivable rights or excuse CULTURESPHERE LLC for its own unlawful conduct, gross negligence, or willful misconduct. ReviSphere may preserve access records and suspend access when misuse is reasonably suspected.

SMS alerts

If you separately enable SMS alerts, you consent to receive ReviSphere account and revenue-work messages at the number you provide. Message frequency varies; message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to opt out or HELP for help. SMS consent is not a condition of purchase. Marketing texts, if ever offered, require their own legally sufficient consent and are not authorized by the operational-alert choice.

ReviSphere intellectual property

ReviSphere, Johnny Dough Says, product design, software, doctrine, frameworks, prompts, branding, and associated intellectual property remain the property of their respective owner(s). These Terms do not grant a right to copy, reverse engineer, resell, publish, or create competing training materials from protected product content except as expressly agreed in writing.

Confidentiality

Each party should protect nonpublic business information received through the beta using reasonable care and use it only for the beta relationship. This does not cover information that is public through no breach, already lawfully known, independently developed, or lawfully received from another source. A separate NDA or paid-beta agreement controls where applicable.

Suspension and termination

Access may be limited or suspended to protect users, comply with law, address nonpayment or material breach, or maintain service security. Account termination and data handling remain subject to the applicable paid-beta agreement and Privacy Notice.

Disclaimers and liability

The beta is provided on an “as available” basis to the extent permitted by law. No provision excludes rights or liability that cannot legally be excluded. Any negotiated warranty, indemnity, liability cap, dispute process, venue, or governing-law terms should be stated in the applicable paid-beta or customer agreement. Have counsel complete those commercial provisions before broader public sale.

Changes

Material changes will be presented through the service or another reasonable notice. A materially different use of previously collected information will not be applied silently; any required new notice or choice will be obtained first.
