Bring ReviSphere the business question in front of you. When the need is larger, we capture what your organization knows, govern how it is used, and build the proprietary intelligence system behind better decisions.
Intelligence ArchitectureBuilds the system behind it.
The complete model
Revenue Intelligence for the question in front of you. Intelligence Architecture for the knowledge behind your organization. A governed revenue layer when the two need to work together.
Choose your starting point
Two doors. One governed intelligence architecture.
You do not need to know which disciplines are required before you begin. Start with the immediate question or the system your organization needs to build. ReviSphere helps determine the right scope from there.
Primary door 01
Engage ReviSphere™
Bring Johnny Dough a real business decision, problem, or opportunity. ReviSphere identifies what is actually being asked, what disciplines are required, and what client-specific intelligence must be captured first.
Complete input-driven mini-discovery diagnostic
Revenue and employee-count qualification
Your Intelligence Foundation + Revenue Architecture Blueprint™ powered by Our Intelligence
Capture the institutional intelligence, doctrine, frameworks, judgment patterns, and case evidence that make your organization distinct. Then turn them into a governed proprietary advisor.
Intelligence readiness and source inventory
Extraction, registry, doctrine, and governance
Branded advisor development and deployment
Managed intelligence operations and expansion
Engage ReviSphere™
Your question becomes the beginning of Your Intelligence.
Johnny does not turn every question into a sales opportunity or bundle every possible service into one quote. The system identifies the question, qualifies the organization, and establishes the client-specific intelligence needed to create the Revenue Architecture Blueprint™.
Ask the actual question
Start with the decision, risk, opportunity, or situation as it exists now.
Qualify the intelligence burden
Revenue establishes the market classification; employee count establishes the people-as-IP capture scope.
Define Your Intelligence
Select the Working Questions, source material, people, and action items required for the Blueprint.
Review the investment
See the immediate Blueprint fee, separate future layers, and seven-document contract stack.
Activate the Blueprint
After the contract stack and payment are verified, Your Intelligence begins. Its timing is confirmed from the people-as-IP and source scope; the Blueprint follows and starts at eight weeks.
How pricing works
The Your Intelligence Foundation + Revenue Architecture Blueprint™ is the mandatory first investment. Revenue names the commercial segment; employee count can elevate the scope and price when more people-held intelligence must be captured. Solo and micro clients retain the SMB minimum. Platform licensing, consumption, managed intelligence, integrations, expansion, and Revenue Architect involvement are separately priced.
Intelligence Architecture Services
Build the intelligence system only your organization can own.
A proprietary advisor is not one bot build and one payment. It is a governed operating asset. Each stage is separately scoped so you know what is being created, who owns it, and what keeps it reliable after launch.
01
Intelligence Readiness Assessment
Inventory what the organization knows, where it lives, who holds it, what is missing, and what should be built.
02
Extraction and Governance
Conduct interviews and document analysis; develop doctrine, metadata, a knowledge registry, ownership rules, and update processes.
03
System Development and Deployment
Build advisor behavior, interface, authentication, evaluation, hosting, integrations, testing, and team training.
04
ReviSphere Activation
Connect the client-owned system to governed pricing, scoping, commercialization, contracts, and opportunity intelligence.
05
Managed Intelligence Operations
Keep the system current through ingestion, evaluation, governance, performance monitoring, and continuous improvement.
When ReviSphere identifies an opportunity, commercialization or activation becomes a separate engagement with clearly defined compensation.
The result can be a Brand, Organizational, Leadership, Workforce, Customer Experience, or company-specific Revenue Intelligence System. ReviSphere remains the flagship Revenue Intelligence System and licensed revenue layer.
ReviSphere Revenue Layer™
Connect your intelligence to governed revenue capability.
Your proprietary system does not receive a copy of ReviSphere’s intelligence. It receives permissioned access to invoke the capabilities it needs for pricing, scoping, commercialization, contracts, account expansion, and other revenue decisions.
Client-owned
Your Proprietary Advisor
Your doctrine, institutional intelligence, user experience, authorized data, and organization-specific decision logic.
License the capability. Never transfer the corpus.
Each organization is provisioned as an isolated tenant with its own permissions, data store, intelligence index, configuration, and audit history.
Organization-specificYour engine answers.
A pure brand, leadership, workforce, or internal doctrine question stays within the client-owned system.
Revenue-specificReviSphere answers.
A pricing, commercialization, scoping, or opportunity question invokes the ReviSphere Revenue Layer.
Cross-disciplinaryBoth engines coordinate.
A question involving both institutional context and revenue logic receives a governed, coordinated answer.
Clear ownership
Your intelligence remains yours. ReviSphere remains ReviSphere.
We build proprietary intelligence systems without turning ReviSphere into a generic bot-development company or transferring the reusable methods and infrastructure that make the work possible.
Your organization owns
Its institutional, operational, and brand intelligence
Its branded proprietary advisor and user experience
Its authorized client information and conversation history
Its doctrine, frameworks, examples, and decision patterns
Its tenant configuration and organization-specific outputs
ReviSphere retains
ReviSphere™ and Johnny Dough Says™
Revenue Architecture and intelligence-building methodologies
Pricing, scoping, commercialization, and opportunity logic
Router, platform code, reusable schemas, and evaluations
ReviSphere’s proprietary corpus and licensed capabilities
Licensing that matches use
How the system is used changes the commercial license.
An organization using its system internally is not commercially equivalent to a company using it to serve clients or reselling direct access. The license should reflect the value and exposure of the actual use.
License 01
Internal Use
The organization and its authorized employees use the system for internal work, decisions, and institutional continuity.
Structured for organizational adoption and controlled employee access.
License 02
Client-Service Use
The organization uses the system while delivering its own services to clients. Commercial terms can include client tenants and usage.
Designed for service firms whose proprietary intelligence creates client value.
License 03
White-Label or Resale
The organization gives customers direct access or incorporates the system into an offer it sells. This requires an enterprise commercial license.
May include minimum commitments, tenant fees, usage terms, and revenue participation.
Built to continue
Intelligence is an operating responsibility, not a one-time upload.
The work can end with the answer. When it should not, the next legitimate stage is made visible and separately scoped.
Implementation
Put the recommendation, workflow, or architecture into operation.
Activation
Commercialize, negotiate, structure, or advance a qualified opportunity.
Management
Keep doctrine, evidence, permissions, and evaluations current.
Expansion
Add new intelligence domains, teams, workflows, locations, or tenants.
Escalation
Bring a Revenue Architect into consequential decisions when the system should not act alone.
Learn to Know®. Live, right now.
Start with the question. We will determine whether the answer, the engagement, or the system comes next.
No generic package. No arbitrary opportunity creation. Scope follows the actual work.
