AI Transparency Notice

Johnny Dough Says™ is an AI-assisted Revenue Intelligence Advisor. It is designed to help users examine a situation, identify revenue implications, organize actions, and continue the work over time.

What the AI receives

To answer a request, ReviSphere may send the question, relevant conversation history, selected company context, and text extracted from chosen uploads to its AI provider. The current application uses the OpenAI API. Under OpenAI's business service terms, customer content is not used to develop or improve its services unless the customer explicitly agrees.

Human judgment remains required

AI can misunderstand context, omit facts, or generate incorrect information. Verify material facts and numbers. Do not treat output as legal, tax, accounting, investment, medical, employment-law, or other licensed professional advice, and do not use it as the sole basis for a decision that has a legal or similarly significant effect on a person. Never use the service or its output to retaliate, discriminate, harass, punish, or make an unlawful employment or contracting decision. The user and organization—not Johnny Dough or ReviSphere—make and remain responsible for those decisions.

Private content and marketing

Using content to generate a user's answer is different from using a user's situation in marketing. Marketing use is optional, off by default, and governed by a separate consent choice. See the Privacy Notice.
