Privacy Notice

Effective 08/29/2026 ยท Version 2026-09-07

ReviSphere is a business revenue-intelligence service operated by CULTURESPHERE LLC. This notice explains what the service collects, why it is used, and the choices available to account holders.

Information we collect

How we use information

Private work, authorized organizational access, and Your Intelligence

Questions and Johnny Dough Reads are private to the submitting account by default. A user may expressly authorize another account associated with the same company to view a question. A verified Company Administrator may view company-associated submissions and reads for the organization they administer. Authorized ReviSphere personnel may access client work when required to operate, secure, support, govern, or deliver the service. ReviSphere records material non-owner access for accountability.

Completed questions may accumulate into the client-specific Your Intelligence record as captured, unverified source material, decision patterns, evidence needs, and people-as-IP requirements. That accumulation supports later scope and intelligence work; it is not automatically validated, accepted as fact, or converted into ReviSphere-owned doctrine. Client-specific source material remains segregated from ReviSphere's proprietary methodology, registry architecture, canon, pricing logic, and generalized platform intelligence.

AI and service providers

Questions, relevant saved context, and selected uploaded content may be transmitted to an AI service provider to generate an answer. The current application uses the OpenAI API. The service also relies on hosting/database infrastructure, object storage for uploads, and an email delivery provider. These providers process information to deliver their contracted services.

Marketing permission is optional

Creating an account does not give ReviSphere permission to use a user's situation in marketing. That choice is separate, off by default, and may be withdrawn for future use through Privacy & Consent. An attributed testimonial, named case study, quotation, logo use, or identifiable story requires separate approval of the specific material before publication.

Cookies and local storage

The current beta uses a necessary session cookie for login and security, plus limited local storage for an interface preference. It does not intentionally use advertising cookies or nonessential analytics trackers. See the Cookie Notice.

Retention

Account content is retained while the account is active and afterward only as reasonably necessary to provide the service, resolve disputes, maintain security, satisfy legal obligations, and honor the applicable beta or customer agreement. Verified deletion requests are processed subject to legitimate backup, fraud-prevention, security, and legal-retention needs. ReviSphere should not retain personal information longer than reasonably necessary for the disclosed purpose.

Choices and requests

Account holders may request access, export, correction, or deletion and may change optional marketing permission in the in-product Privacy & Consent page. Depending on location, additional privacy rights may apply. ReviSphere does not sell personal information or share it for cross-context behavioral advertising. If that practice changes, the notice and required opt-out controls must be updated before the change.

Security and responsibility

ReviSphere uses administrative, technical, and organizational safeguards appropriate to the beta service. No online system can guarantee absolute security. Users should avoid uploading information they are not authorized to disclose and should not use ReviSphere as the sole repository for irreplaceable records.

Children

ReviSphere is a business service for adults and is not directed to children under 13. Accounts are intended for users who are at least 18 years old.
